We shrug our shoulders here at Støylen, and will do our best to give you and yours an unforgettable experience in our beautiful surroundings.

We serve authentic, wild and cultivated food.
90% of the ingredients have traveled less than 30 km from Støylen and we offer you the natural and authentic. With us you can:

- Eat in Norway's smallest restaurant with space for up to 10 people.
- Have a tour of the distillery and gin tasting of our award-winning gin.
- Stay overnight in our nature pods.
- Celebrate your anniversaries.
- Bring friends and/or work.
- Order our award-winning products.
- Participate in various courses and activities.

Open by reservation from May to November. To secure your place, reservations are often made well in advance.

We love animals, but we grow edible plants for our food and for you. Therefore, your four-legged best friend must stay at home.
We are a quiet restaurant and glamping in nature, for adults over 20 years of age.

PRIVATE DINING!
If you are a minimum of 6 to 10 people, you can book "Private Dining" with us. Then you send us a request with your desired dates, and we will check our availability. If you are 6 people, more people can come around the table - up to 10 people. The event is suitable for couples, friends, family and/or colleagues if you want to celebrate something magical!

5-course signature menu NOK 1499.-/pp. 7-10pm

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
90% of what we serve comes from a radius of less than 30 kilometers and is from "farm to table". What we serve is the temptations of the "kitchen goddess" and consists of: Wild meat and fish (mountain trout), cheese from the neighbor made from fresh goat's milk and cured Mangalica from sirloin. All greens we have collected in the forest or are grown organically and regeneratively here with us in our indoor/outdoor garden.

We are incredibly proud that our delicacy V ill Geitrams Eddik won first prize in the category, Green Processed Product of the Year, in Det Norske Måltid 2024/25 - Norway's most prestigious Food & Drink competition!

Together with Hylleblomst Vinegar and our Gin, it also won silver in the international London Spirits Competition with participants from over 30 countries. We use these lovely vinegars in salads, shellfish, cheeses, desserts such as white/dark chocolate, sauces and sandwiches, as non-alcoholic drinks and of course, drink mixes.

We produce several beautiful products that you can order in our online store, such as raw Apple Cider Vinegar or our fantastic pre- and probiotics for your stomach and health, which we recommend you drink every day, year round!

"The bottle that can improve your health!" We take a shot or three of pre- and probiotics every day. Bottled in a glass bottle and made from organic ingredients that regulate your stomach and help digest food so that nutrients are absorbed more easily into your body. This in turn allows you to strengthen your immune system. -Our everyday hero!

Our pre- and probiotics in a glass bottle - power in every drop!

The bottle was developed by a nurse and a nutritionist. It is considered a dietary supplement, which can be used every day.

The bottle contains both pre-, pro- and postbiotics. Do you struggle with bloating and digestion? Then we would recommend this. More and more researchers claim that more than 70% of the immune system is located in the gut. We can support this if we drink this every day - year-round. A tip is to take it with you on a trip or to drink a shot before visiting a restaurant if you know that you react to different foods to regulate your stomach.

Choose between our original version which contains ginger, turmeric and black pepper, or the bottle for skin and stomach which contains, among other things, goat's rue, blueberries, cranberries and sea buckthorn.

You'll be hard-pressed to find anything more delicious on your plate! Whether you want a quiet and relaxed day or a day with activities, you choose. Deep in the heart of Setesdal, among mighty mountains and lush valleys, you will find Brokkestøylen - a place where the power of nature and the mystery of the legend of the underground meet. Our fantastic Gin will be available at Norwegian wine stores and selected restaurants during 2025.

In April 2025, the bottle received silver in the international London Spirits Competition with a whopping 92 points! There were over 70 judges and participants from over 30 countries. We are very proud of this!

Each bottle is distilled with our special blend of hand-picked ingredients. Herbs that reflect nature's raw beauty and purity.
