Wild Rose Vinegar - Hint of summer in a bottle!
Our exclusive, unfiltered and aromatic Wild Rose Vinegar is fermented and made from hand-picked rose flowers from Setesdal.
The areas of use are cold salads, shellfish and especially oysters, desserts such as different types of white and dark chocolate. Mushroom sauces and other brown sauces if you want a little extra "stitch". Grilled sandwiches with tomatoes and white goat's cheese. We also serve it as one of our non-alcoholic signature drinks. Also lovely and different in various alcoholic drinks. It is only your imagination that stops you here for the various applications! If you want it as a drink, we like to mix it as follows: 4 cl of goat's vinegar together with 6-10 cl of carbonated water, depending on how strong you want it. We mix it with San Pellegrino as we think this tastes best with the drink. Bon appetit!
The bottle is in frosted glass with a wooden cork and has a beautiful red colour. When the bottle is empty, it can be reused for "everything". A very nice alternative for a hostess gift or if you want something special yourself. If you are a restaurant, feel free to contact us!
