Wild Rose Vinegar - Hints of Norwegian summer in a bottle!

We like to make food/products from wild ingredients, which most people see as weeds. Many people "hate" both goat's rue and wild roses. The latter are now banned in Norway and are plants we can't get rid of. Instead of fighting them, we make exclusive, unfiltered and aromatic vinegars from the plants. Our Wild Rose Vinegar is fermented and made from hand-picked petals/flowers here in Setesdal where we are located. The areas of use are cold salads, shellfish and especially oysters, desserts such as different white and dark chocolate. Mushroom sauces and other brown sauces if you want a little extra "sting". Grilled sandwiches with tomatoes and white goat cheese. We also serve it as one of our non-alcoholic signature drinks. Also delicious and different in various alcoholic drinks. Only your imagination stops you here for the different uses! If you want it as a drink, we like to mix it as follows: 4 cl rose vinegar with 6-10 cl carbonated water depending on how strong you want it. We mix it with San Pellegrino as we think it tastes best with our drink. Bon Appetit!

The bottle is made of frosted glass with a wooden cork and has a beautiful red color. When empty, the bottle can be reused for "everything". A very nice alternative for a hostess gift or if you want something special for yourself. If you are a restaurant, please contact us!

Turn before use. Store in the refrigerator after opening. Should avoid light/sunlight.
Shelf life 12 months. Net content 120ml.
