"A touch of mystery - a taste of nature!"

In Norway, the bottle can only be purchased at the wine monopoly from spring 2025 and served in selected restaurants. Otherwise, we only ship to bars and restaurants abroad.

Deep in the heart of Setesdal, among mighty mountains and lush valleys, you will find Brokkestøylen - a place where the power of nature and the mystery of the legend of the underground, meet. The gin is a tribute to the wild herbs, clear mountain streams and fairy tales that have shaped this unique landscape.
Each bottle is distilled with our special blend of hand-picked ingredients. Plants that reflect nature's raw beauty and purity. In deep forests and along babbling brooks we find inspiration for flavors that bring the soul of Brokkestøylen to life.

Taste of fresh herbal notes with a hint of subtle citrus freshness. A gin that lets you taste the nature of Støylen - a taste of the Norwegian landscape.

Perfect for a classic gin & tonic or enjoyed alone with ice as a pure taste experience. A unique, unfiltered gin, made by hand. The bottle is also sold with a kit of 3 handpicked, different and authentic flavors such as: Goat's Clove, Elderflower, Wild Rose.

500 ml/40% vol.

Ingredients: Each bottle is distilled with spring water and handpicked ingredients such as: juniper berries, coriander, angelica, citrus peel, green pepper, goat's rue and 12 other magical ingredients.

The content is gluten-free with wild and organic ingredients. The herbs are blended by Gro and distilled by Erik in our distillery, Norstill.

Tips for use:

The gin is round and full-bodied due to all its herbs and can also be enjoyed without tonic, but with ice. We have also made 2 types of vinegars where you can add goat's rue or elderflower vinegar directly to the gin. How much you want to add is up to you.

Otherwise, we like to serve the drink here with various wild ingredients, such as blueberries or pine needles and a little birch sap. The gin also goes well with a simple Indian tonic and lemon/orange. Here, only your imagination sets the limits for how you want the drink. But we like to experiment. Enjoy the taste! :-)
