Elderflower Vinegar A delicate expression of elderflowerCrafted from handpicked elderflowers from Setesdal and Sørlandet, this unfiltered vinegar captures the light, floral character of early summer.

Recognised with Silver (93 points) at the London Spirits Competition 2025.

Taste & Use

A gentle balance of natural sweetness and acidity.

Pairs beautifully with vegetables such as asparagus, as well as shellfish, oysters, cheeses, and desserts. It adds brightness to both light and richer sauces, and is also served as part of our non-alcoholic pairings.

Equally suited for drinks—enjoyed with sparkling water or as a refined addition to cocktails, including our Highland Gin.

A simple preparation we favour:
4 cl vinegar with 6–10 cl sparkling water.

Produced in small batches from wild and organic ingredients, reflecting the landscape and season.
