A vibrant expression of young spruce shoots 

Crafted from handpicked spruce shoots at Brokkestøylen in Setesdal, this unfiltered vinegar captures the bright, green character of early summer.

Its light, fresh acidity and subtle forest notes create a distinctive and versatile flavour.


Taste & Use

Crisp, vibrant, and gently aromatic.

Ideal in cold dishes and salads, and brings brightness to sauces - particularly game and darker reductions. It also pairs beautifully with desserts, adding lift and balance to richer flavours.

Enjoyed as a refreshing non-alcoholic drink with sparkling water, or as a refined addition to cocktails, including our gin SKOG as a Bitter & Mixer

A simple preparation we favour:
4 cl vinegar with 6–10 cl sparkling water.

Produced in small batches from wild ingredients, reflecting the landscape and the season.

Presented in a frosted glass bottle with a wooden stopper.

Shake gently before use. Store cool after opening and protect from direct light. Natural variation in colour may occur.


Harvested and produced in a short seasonal window.
