Our Sprout Vinegar is a fermented delicacy, made and harvested by hand here at Brokkestøylen in Setesdal. It has a beautiful light green color with a fresh spruce shoot in it. The taste is sour and fresh and is excellent in an ice-cold non-alcoholic drink, but also lovely as a drink mix in, for example, our gin SKOG "on the rocks". In food it is also excellent: In cold dishes and salads, in sauces such as brown venison sauce and also in a slightly heavy and compact chocolate dessert in cake form to "lift" this. The bottle is very heavy to use.

If you want it as a drink, we like to mix it as follows: 4 cl spruce shot vinegar with 6-10 cl carbonated water, depending on how strong you want it.

The bottle is in frosted glass with a wooden stopper and has a beautiful light green color. The bottle can, when empty, be reused for "everything". NB! Turn over before use. Store cool after opening. Avoid light/sunlight. The vinegar is unfiltered and may lose color over time. Shelf life approx. 12 months. Net content 120ml. If your bottle has become stained on the outside, it can be washed with dish soap, a brush and water and dried with a cotton towel.
