Winner at the Norwegian Food Awards (Det Norske Måltid) 2024/25 in the category Green Processed Product of the Year.
Also recognised with the Speciality label at the UMAMI food fair, and awarded Silver at the London Spirits Competition 2025.

Crafted from handpicked wild fireweed at Brokkestøylen in Setesdal, this unfiltered vinegar reflects our philosophy of transforming overlooked plants into refined, expressive products.

A delicate balance of natural sweetness and acidity gives it a distinctive and versatile character.

It pairs beautifully with shellfish, cheeses, and salads, and brings brightness to sauces and desserts. It is also served as part of our non-alcoholic pairings, or enjoyed simply with sparkling water.

Presented in a frosted glass bottle with a wooden stopper.

Unfiltered. Natural variation may occur.
Available in limited quantities.
