We strive to serve food for all senses. The meal is not just something you eat - it's an experience! We use raw materials from our neighbours, mountains and heaths as well as what we gather in nature and what we grow in our regenerative garden. The food is served with our own creative twist and with our homemade delicacies, which add that little something extra and which can also be bought to take home.
