Our food is untravelled, short-travelled and far-traveled and is based on traditions! In our kitchen garden, we pick greens for the food we serve as far as we can, but we shop a short distance from our neighbours. We collect and grow a lot ourselves and use raw materials mainly from natural and organic ingredients.
