The story of our gin began with a desire to capture the wild nature of Setesdal in a bottle. From our own garden and the surrounding mountains, we gather herbs and botanicals that give each batch its distinctive character.
Gin Tasting & Distillery Tour
The Classic Experience
Discover the story behind our gin, explore the art of distillation and taste three carefully selected varieties.
The experience includes a guided distillery tour at Norstill, a selection of snacks thoughtfully paired with the tasting, and your choice of one gin & tonic after the tour in the Glasshouse at Brokkestøylen.

Create Your Own Gin
From Nature to Bottle
An exclusive, hands-on experience where you take part in the complete distillation process and create your very own signature gin.
Learn the craft of gin-making, taste previous distillations and select your own herbs and botanicals from our collection and nature’s own treasures.
