Our pre- and probiotic beverages are naturally fermented from ingredients sourced in the surrounding landscape - crafted with care to support balance, vitality, and well-being.
They contain a diverse range of live bacterial cultures/strains. Available in limited batches. -

Our vinegars and gin have been recognised with awards both in Norway and internationally.
They are served as part of our non-alcoholic pairings, chrubs, and as an aperitif through our signature gin,
