Goat's Vinegar

We make several types of vinegar from wild flowers and berries that we gather. We can offer: Elderflower vinegar, Aronia vinegar and Geitram's vinegar. The vinegars are tasty and acidic and are excellent in salads and various desserts, but also sauces. You just have to try yourself!
